An oldie but goodie is Natalie Goldberg&#039;s &quot;Writing Down the Bones.&quot; Jim Haynes and Doug Newsome&#039;s book, PR Writing: Form and Style is a good textbook and includes some of my tips on media relations and good email writing. No matter what you say, make it clear, concise and compelling. That&#039;s my motto.</description>
